HowardCRM Demo

A HowardCRM demo is a live walkthrough with a person, not a canned video. We show you the system running against the kind of book you actually have, and you get to ask the awkward questions.

What a demo covers

  • Your book, not a sandbox. We can load a sample of your data so you are looking at your own households and policies rather than made-up ones.
  • The compliance path. Scope of Appointment sent by text or email, signed, and stored against the client record — start to finish.
  • Quote and enroll. How MAPD, PDP and Med Supp business moves through the system regardless of your FMO or upline.
  • Provider lookup, drug search and Blue Button. The research you currently do in a separate browser tab, done inside the client record.
  • The reporting engine. The part most agents underestimate: pulling every client on a discontinued plan, or your whole PDP book ahead of AEP, in one report.
  • What it takes to switch. Honest answers on migration, training and how long before you are productive.

How long it takes

Around 30 minutes for the core walkthrough. If you want to go deep on reporting or on how your specific carriers are set up, budget an hour. We would rather spend the time up front than have you sign up for something that does not fit how you sell.

Then a 30-day free trial

New customers get 30 days free. We will upload your existing data at no cost so the trial is a real test of the system against your real book, not a demonstration environment. See pricing for what is included.

Book your walkthrough

Call and we will find a time. If you would rather write first, send us a message and tell us roughly how many clients you are managing and what you are using now.

Before the call

You do not need to prepare anything. It helps if you know roughly how many clients you manage, which CRM or spreadsheet you are running now, and what specifically is not working — that is usually AEP throughput, Scope of Appointment paperwork, or not being able to get a straight answer out of your own data.

If you want to read up first, the features page covers what the system does, and the Trust Center covers the security and compliance side.
