Brent Howard, President & CEO of HowardCRM was looking for a CRM to help manage his book of business. He ultimately settled on SalesForce, but quickly realized it wasn’t much unless he invested a significant amount of time, resources, and energy into crafting and creating a unique CRM that is custom-made for health insurance agents and agencies. After 9 ½ years from a labor of love, he created HowardCRM. He has since leveraged HowardCRM to grow his agency to operating in 24 states with almost 50 insurance companies.
