History

HowardCRM was created and tailor-made for health insurance agents. Unlike any other CRM on the market, HowardCRM was created by someone who lives and breathes insurance, just like you. Brent Howard, President & CEO of HowardCRM was looking for a CRM to help manage his book of business. He ultimately settled on SalesForce, but quickly realized it wasn’t much unless he invested a significant amount of time, resources, and energy into crafting and creating a unique CRM that is custom-made for health insurance agents and agencies. After 8 ½ years from a labor of love, he created HowardCRM. He has since leveraged HowardCRM to grow his agency to operating in 30 states over 40 insurance companies.

What separates us from other CRMs:

Other CRMs are just good placeholders for data. HowardCRM allows you to upload your customers’ data, create and run your own custom reports. If you are selling either ACA (Affordable Care Act) or Medicare plans, and either a carrier or a plan is eliminated, HowardCRM allows you to run a report on all customers on that plan. Plus, we build all the plans into HowardCRM for you! You merely need to upload your data into HowardCRM and instantly you will see the benefits of the workflows, and other automations that make your life much easier and will prevent leads and/or other opportunities from slipping through the cracks.

HowardCRM is not a STATIC CRM, it’s ever evolving – our goal is to continually improve, refine and innovate on our functionality.
